1) Choose your Product and Submit a Custom Quote Request
Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and click the Custom Quote button. Review your selections, upload artwork files if applicable, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link to your quote typically within 1 business day.
2) Review Your Quote and Place An Order
Once you receive your quote email, click on the link to view your available quotes. Click on the “View” link to the right of the quote.
Click on “Add to Cart” to move the desired quote option to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Upload any relevant artwork and click Continue.
Click Checkout to enter payment information to complete the ordering process.
3) Proofing and Production
You will receive a proof email within 1-2 business days after checkout, depending on how print-ready the uploaded artwork is.
If the proof is not acceptable you can reject it and provide an explanation for the rejection. Another proof will be provided in a timely manner.
Examine the proof very carefully for accuracy. Once a proof has been approved, the job will move into production. Please note that once a job moves to production, it can no longer be cancelled.
When your job is finished, you will receive a completion email. Your order is now ready for pickup!
